• Hinge is wonky and makes the door slanted and door holes do not line up (they are shifted away from hinge)

  

• Hinge screws are too long, had to file down

  

• Nuts difficult to get into 80/20 with loctite application

• Resin printed parts kind of suck —> machine burn wire tab design out of aluminum

  • Holes on burn wire tab had to be drilled a bit bigger

• Fishing wire knot just slips through tab hole

  • solution: loop it around hole instead, so there’s double string all the way through
  • UPDATE: the hook kept getting caught because there is too much wiggle in the door (bad hinge)
    • solution: used the tab for roaree, and regular strung second burn wire for door

  

• Drilled a new hole on the door for the hook for the burn wire tab

  

• Door hook for burn wire tab gets stuck on the tab —> had to file the side down

  • (it broke the first time when sanding, we had to use an extra)

• Hook had to be super glued

• The extruded was about .1” too long so the two half U’s couldn’t press flush together

  • had to take everything apart to sand down the extruded .1” 😭

• Had to drill holes at the end of the antennae for burn wires — very janky holes

• More burn wire problems

  • VERY difficult to thread and hold taught
  • Fishing line broke once because of sharp drilled hole in antenna — use extra strength wire next time?
    • Ended up just using burn wire on door

Order of assembly

1. Inside panel screwed onto half U
2. Door with hinge + hinge spacer screwed onto half U
3. 80/20 screwed onto half U
4. Burn wire tab screwed onto half U
5. Screw boards to bracket independently
6. Screw boards to half U
7. Screw camera mount assembly together
