Order of assembly
- [x] All legs screwed onto structure (3 switches on 1 side)
- [x] Solder if not already done the antenna on antenna board
- [x] Inside panel screwed onto half U
- [x] waiting on 2/4 of the screws since they will be screwed in with hinge + spacer
- [x] Door with hinge + hinge spacer screwed onto half U
- [x] need to resin print spacer first
- [x] 80/20 screwed onto half U
- [x] the holes do not line up so need to drill a new second hole to mount to structure
- [x] Screw boards to bracket independently
- [x] Screw boards to half U
- [x] Screw camera mount assembly together
- [x] Screw camera mount assembly to half U
- [x] Press the two half U’s together a loosely screw brackets make sure the springs are inserted first
- The structure holes did not match up with holes in deployable and camera mount so we redrilled a second hole, keeping 1 of the existing holes; however this meant that everything got misaligned
- [x] enlarge cutout in inside panel to account for higher deployable placement (ended up filing down side of deployable
- [x] cut down side of camera mount to allow space for FC board bracket
- [x] Screw together half U’s
- [x] Loctite all brackets (outside panels yet) (not the feet becuase they use loc nuts!)
- [x] Trace out and attach all wiring
- 1 wire from FC to each xy solar board (we only wired 2/3)
- 2 wires from FC to antenna board (top cap debug and rgb)
- 1 wire between FC and battery
- 3 wires from foot switches to FC board
- 2 wires from penguin board to FC board (1 solar and 1 camera)
- 1 wire from camera (payload) to FC board
- [x] Screw on solar boards
- [x] Screw on antenna board and z-solar board
- [x] Tie the burn wire!
